Most blogging scripts come with them, you can also get comment scripts at haloscan.com and enetation.co.uk (I think that's it, not exactly sure)

If not, you'll just have to resort to what kittycat suggested.

I agree. I use Haloscan for my website. It's really reliable and easy to use.

If you do use enetation, or haloscan, you will only be able to do the comments in a pop-up window. As far as mimicking the comment style, just view the source of your examples and pick out the parts that you want.
