I am very sorry if this is the same message as someone else, but I have looked everywhere, and all the time I find the tutorial for PhotoShop. I will be able to use those PhotoShop codes soon when I get my PhotoShop in December, but as of now I have Paint Shop Pro9. I really want to learn how to do it. Can someone please help me. It will be highly appreciated.

Thanks alot, but that didn't help. It is only showing me tutorials for PhotoShop and PSP7. I need it for PSP9 because I don't think that PSP9 has the draw tools and the others do. So that's the main reason I want it for PSP9.

Uhm PSP 9 has the draw tools, if it's on PSP7 then PSP9 has perfected it because it's a newer version. I had psp8 once, it has all the tools you need, you just havent taken the time to look

It's not that this person hasn't looked, psp 9 does have all the tools, yes, but as for vectors and nodes it is done completely differently than it is in psp 8 or 9.
