Hey. Could someone please tell me where to find a tutorial on this site for getting a tagboard onto my website? :)

why can't you make one out of HTML or something?

why can't you make one out of HTML or something?
no it needs to be advanced script like cgi or php
then some sort of database eg: mysql or flatfile
