You can if it has the right tools in it. Does it have a pen tool and/or selection/lasso tool?

I searched the web and found no tuts for (Serif) photoplus 6 vectoring. however Serif has a document you can download which covers creating lines and shapes.
http://www.freeserifsoftware.com/software/PhotoPlus/tutorials/default.asp

But if I were you I would grab their other free software called DrawPlus 4.
It's designed with vectors in mind and would be better for the task you seek.

hope this helps

Serif has a download document that teaches you these things. Just click on Tutorials.

Vectors are shapes you can manipulate into anything you like, such as people.
Vectoring is the ability to draw a shape and manipulate it through node editing.

your welcome.
I use to have serif products when they first came out years ago. For the sake of those who are getting them with their new systems and for those who are just download them, I'm gonna get these newer versions and have a go. I dont think any graphic software should be without tutorials. I'll post when I get something done.

Sorry for an inconvience
