Help!Help! i want to add images to my left frame (my menu frame) but i dont know how to write the code and i couldnt find it in the frames help section! i also have a problem with the links..... when i add a link and click it, it comes up in the same frame! ahhhh please help me!

You have to target your links with frames . . . see my reply in your other post.

As for the images . . . just stick them into the page's code. Just remember that frames are a method for holding multiple pages on the same screen and making them work together. So make your frameset and work on your menu and content pages, etc., separately (though you should keep the general layout in mind).
