Im completely new to the HTML and myspace thing.
I made some friends, yay for me

But the point here being, is that Id like some help from someone (anyone)

I would like some help, and not much I guess.
But I dont know whats alot and whats not

I kinda wanted to put some music up, like elliott smith, in the background. (and I dont want anything like a player saying whats playing, stop, play, pause, etc. Just some music in the background of the main page)

I hear thats a little hard, like you need to find someone hosting the music on a page?or on a server? Or something? Ive really no clue.

Anyone know how I could go about putting some music up on the main page? (Ive got the music on the computer, but I need more then just that, right?)

I also kinda wanted to put up a background picture. Just one simple image that follows with the scroll, not repeating or anything. How do I go about doing that? Do I need an account on something like Photobucket?

Ive got no clue, and would love the help folks :)

That site will give you links to background images.. wasn't sure if you wanted some or not.. as well as HTML color codes.

To make your own background from an image and to have it follow with the scroll, use <style>body{background:url(YOUR IMG) fixed no-repeat}</style>
