I'm not a total beginner at making a few graphics but they don't seem to be as good as the other ones people make on adobe photoshop 7.0. I really want to get better at it. Does anyone know where I could find good tutorials besides the actual photoshop site? Thanks

The effects start on that step. Yes it's for PSP but the effects are basically the same.
