You can always customise one of Blogger's premade templates until you get it to look the way you want. It's easier that way because you get a better feel with Blogger's coding attributes and such.

Or you can check out Mirna's awesome tutorial at http://www.quasigeek.net/users/rewritable/div_layout.php. Then, just fill in the blogger template tags where you want the content.

You don't really need divs to make an image map...

There's an image map tutorial here (http://lissaexplains.com/fun6.shtml), or depending on what graphic program you have you also might be able to make an image map with it.

I think you're going to have to be a bit more specific... A div is a div, there's not multiple kinds or anything, and you can change the looks with CSS.

i don't know, but if you have webspace with php support, you can use simple php blog, it's very easy to integrate that blog in your own layouts

you don't need mysql
download here (http://sourceforge.net/projects/sphpblog/)

Where do I get the blogger tag thingys for the content, because I have the layout and the DIV thingy done now, but I need to figure out how to put the content there...

and also with the text boxes, will "bottom:000px;" work as well?
