It depends... are you simply looking for a domain name or are you looking for a webhost as well? If you're looking for a domain name, I agree- use GoDaddy; they are extremely cheap. If you're looking for webspace as well, I suggest Surpass. I've never once had a problem with them (well, ok. ONCE, lol) but that' sonly because they were upgrading all servers and I never had a problem before, and I haven't had a problem since. I think they run as cheap as $40/year... not too bad for what they offer :) http://www.surpasshosting.com
