How do I *check my invites* on LJ?

As far as I know LJ no longer requires "invites". You were able to turn them in for additional paid time a while back.

I'm sorry, I thought you were referring to opening an account. Yes, with some communities you must apply to join. However I don't believe there is a limit on the number of members there are.

Thanks so much. The problem is that I can't find that link in my LJ. I went thru the whoel nav. I checked uinder manage but there's no link as the one you gave me. How did you get to it?

I searched through google, I couldn't find it under the main navigation either ;)

When you apply to join a closed community, you get an email letting you know whether you have been accepted or rejected.
