how do you do that?

the third option above READ says blocked users go there and it might say you have no blocked users in that little paragraph it says start blocking users click on it and type the peoples names you don't want on your site into the empty boxes hope that helps ^^

blocking them like that won`t do anything .. that only blocks them from subscribbing and commenting .. =\ there is no way to keep someone from viewing your xanga! =\

It's mostly handled by Xanga on the server side; there's not much you can do about it. The most you could do would be to make all your entries private or something comparatively desperate.
