Is there anywhere to upload paint shop pro images (.psp)?

You can upload them to any general Web host, like Geocities.

what do you plan to do with the .psp file...if you want someone to download it, it would be best to add it to a zip file.. and upload from there..otherwise you'll probably have to convert the file.

There's no reason to convert the file if it contains things such as layers that need to stay intact.

My bad, I thought you meant converting it to an actual Web image format, not .ZIP... =P

Yeah, you can use WinZip to zip your files.
