But I was wondering if there is some type of html code for doing this sort of drop down menu? I don't need that many links of course, but how would I accomplish this? Is this strictly done only by Javascript?

Sorry, I appreciate the effort. But I don't want javascript because i can't read that. I want to write my own html for this sort of drop down menu. Is this available to do with tables or something?
