ok well, I am wanting to make a flash rpg game and willing to put the time into
it but i dont no what alot of the tutorials are saying.. Any1 teach me how to make 1 in basic terms or no a site?

Wow a Flash RPG game like th ones at newgrounds? Ive been at flash for 5 months now and I still don't know how to do that. Ever heard of battleon or AdventureQuest? I could probly code a battle but not moving or anything.

I'm not that familiar with rpg games, but I can tell you this: even a simple game involves quite a bit of actionscript. An rpg game sounds way more advanced than a simple shooting game.
So my advise is: start with the very basic tutorials and work from there. If you're willing to put in the time, you can probably do it in the end.
