i have a question about image mapping. how do you map the words? like for instance i want to map the word "Apple" and "Orange" and "Pear". They are all in the same project. But everytime i push the image map pattien or however you spell it it all links to the same URL. i want them all at link to differnt URLS. Help would be appreciated. Thankyou!

I've never used Image Ready, but I did use CuteMap. What you probably need to do is find a dialogue box that say something along the lines of "Link URL" or "Cell URL". Change this to match the section being mapped (i.e. select "pear" and then change the URL in the dialogue box to "pear.html"). If you can't find this box, try opening up the HTML for the image map and going through the code to change the cell URLs to match the page (i.e. find the section of coding for "pear" and change the URL from "index.html" to "pear.html").

Good luck & hope I helped.

We assumed you've already image mapped your image? You should have a code, unless you haven't image mapped it yet...

Have you even tried looking at the "actual" part of the site first? Go HERE (http://www.lissaexplains.com/fun6.shtml).

I'm not so sure about ImageReady- I've only used the program once or twice to make animated graphics- but across all image editing softwares, the process of creating image maps should be very similar. I have a tutorial on my website here (http://www.four-nineteen.org/you.php) for creating image maps in Photoshop.

Again, it should be fairly similar. Especially considering both are Adobe programs.
