its on my cp or it was on it, i deleted it but i didnt meant to, any now i cant usemost of the files thats on my cp cause it need that.

you may have to goto TOOLS > Windows Updates in your Internet Explorer Browser. that may provide a fix.

you may alternatively have to reload Windows.
