I have Hauppauge WinTV capture program, and I recorded a show and want to make caps of a celebrity that I have my website on. However, I don't know how to make caps from my TV when I play the video? Do I have to disconnect the cable cord and connect the VCR to the splitter or something...? I hope someone can help ... thanks :)

vcd = mpeg. You can pretty much jsut open the vcd and copy whatever in on there over. But i dont think you are making vcd's are you? Try using a media editing program, like windows movie maker or something.

That sounds cool! But I'm just wondering how to make caps from my VCR? Using the program I have? But I'm going to download the program anyways ... sounds cool and might be useful in the near future lol :stickout: Thanks!
