Hey! I want my links to go in the left frame, and when i click on it i want the site to appear in th right frame..But how do I add a background in my left frame?? It's hard to explain..

The page inside your left frame should be your desirable background :) .

But I want my links on the left frame to appear in the right frame, but when i click the they just appear in a new window!!!ANNOYING!
