ok. there is a pic that i have i got from the google. i cut off some of the drawings so i want this certain thing in the pic to show up. since i cant upload pics into background(am i wrong?) is there a way to do it?

If you don't have a background image and are using a solid colour, you can just position the picture.

If you're using a background image, open it up in a graphics program and paste your desired cutout on it.

umm i think i said something wrong. i have a pic saved in my comp like in a folder and i dont know how to put it as my background but i edit some of the pic and i am trying to put it in as my background
