I fixed my other issue of xmb.

So now I'm encountering another problem, someone told me to do this:

Your file structure is incorrect. see here :
http://coponfan.com/boards/

Delete the lot and ftp all of the files and folders in the "Files" folder of the download into the folder you wish the forums to install and run from.

that's why I'm having the problem that I am...but I'm confused with what the person said. I know I have to delete the "files" folder, but where do I upload it?

I made a directory called "boards" and that's where I uploaded db, files, include, install, images, and lang.

So what am I suppose to do with the files folder?? I'm so lost...thanks :) I hope someone can help!

hmm it seems liek you would be making a forum board?

Well its easier to follow the actual instructions, but, all you do is you make a folder called forum (or boards in yoru case), and them upload all of the files you get from the package you downloaded. Then go to the install.php (in your browser) and follow the instructions.
