I believe the only way you can get that is if you buy a domain.

i dont believe i have ever come across a free yoursitename.com domain service. if you really are set on having some sort of domain then your best bets i would say would be to build it on something like freewebs and get a yoursitename.TK for free that links to your freewebs site so its like haveing a domain. Another thing you could do is look around for someone to host for for free. If you are going to do this, i suggest you make sure your site is fully made and 100% by you.
