I was checking out the free hosts page on lissa explains it all when i clicked the freewebsites host.

When i tried signing up, this is what i read on the bottom.

"asia is banned don't signup"
whats that supposed to mean?

its possible that they've banned any ip addresses that are signing up from asia o.O

Usually if a website recieves a lot of abuse from a certain area, they'll ban users from there from signing up.

No, that's not racism. Like siqoluv said, maybe they're banning users from a certain area because they get a lot of abuse from that area.
