I don't know anything about graphics design, but i do know photoshop, basicly this guy: http://www.dskrecords.tk/ (when i enter website u'll see logo in top leaft corner flashing) i want to make the same but instead of image i want it on letters.

It's just an animated gif, you just have to make it so that you have a set of letters black and white. You put the white letters on one frame then make a new frame with the black letters. You add more if you want it varied then adjust the speed each frame goes at. You'll need animation shop to do it.
