How do you make a quiz like the

"which LEIA moderator are you?" quiz created by lefty2217 (I think thats who made it).

Im pretty sure it uses php, but im not positive. I would appreciate any help i could get.

Do you mean like make a poll on this forum? To do that just when you make a thread create a poll at the bottom.
