I wish I had a penny for everytime I have seen a beginner call him/her self stupid in one of the messageboards or chatrooms. You are no more stupid than the rest of us were when we started. You are just inexperieneced. You can't learn this stuff in a day. It takes many long hours of experimetation to learn it.
As for the answer to your question. The only way to get what you are looking for is to do what the rest of us do. We make it ourselves. Why do you want what someone else has? Make your own stuff.
You say how do I do that? Well you download a HTML editor http://www.chami.com/html-kit/ and play with it until you get what you want.
You will also need to get a good image editor like Photoshop or Paintshop Pro. Two really good free ones are http://www.irfanview.com/ and http://gimp.org/ Look for tutorials for them here http://www.tutorgig.com/
Below are reference site that will help you learn HTML and Cascading Style Sheets.
best html reference http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_reference.asp
best style sheet reference http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_reference.asp

html dom http://www.w3schools.com/htmldom/dom_reference.asp
You will learn HTML and CSS much faster if you look at other people's source code. To do so go to any homepage and click VIEW at the top of your browser and then click on SOURCE in the menu. Internet Explorer will open the source in Windows Notepad.

we seem to forgot the best site out there :P
i suggest Notepad as a html editor. Most html editor insert pieces of coding that you really don't need .. notepad doesn't have this habbit ;)
