I have been using xSpy (http://www.xangaspy.com/) since the first week it was released. From time to time, I give the site's author, Wes, tips and such, and he's really open to all suggestions. xSpy is my personal favorite, and it has come very far since it was released months ago. Unfortunately, he is hosting all 400 that he can host, but once every few days, he deletes users who have not logged in in a long time, thus freeing up registration space. If you want an account there, check the site every day or so and try to sign up if you can.
