I'm having trouble in finding a way to create a transparent or translucent scrollbar. The code below is the full layout with divs. I would like for these divs to have the transparent/translucent scrollbars. If you could reply with the edited code i would appreciate it. Thank you!

filter: chroma(color=#FF0000);
Add that between the style="..." part, along with the scrollbar colour codes (same ones as for the main body scrollbar). The color=#colour is the colour you want to be transparent in the scrollbar.

For the translucent ones, use this filter instead
filter: alpha(opacity=70)
And the regular scrollbar codes as well
