Ok, I'm trying to make some frames in my webpage. I have one on the left, one on the top, and one along the right. I want it to be that the navigation is on the left and when you click on a link it changes both the top and the right to where the top displays the heading, so to say, ane the right displays the body.

I've got it to where the right displayes the body, but I need to figure out how to change the top as well.

Also I was thinking that on some I want a new navigation thing to pop up on the left as well as change the top and right.

How would I do this?

Oh, I also have a cool fixed background that I'm doing, but I want to remove the borders on the frames. But when I do the patterns don't match and you can still see where the frames are. I was wondering if there is any way to make it so that it is just one big picture instead of three small ones that don't line up.

Much thanks to any and all who help.
