I made the layout in PS, but I don't get how to get it actually into in an editable website. Are there tutorials for this?

do you want it placed in the middle or something? Do you know basic html?
I think what you need is divs (http://lissaexplains.com/html7.shtml) or iframes (http://www.lissaexplains.com/frames.shtml#inline) to put your text in that box, image mapping (http://www.lissaexplains.com/fun6.shtml) for those links and some basic html (http://www.lissaexplains.com/html.shtml) knowledge :) and of course a webhost to upload it into :D

Is there a way to make the 'Newest Blog' text to change to 'Music' or 'Pictures' when I click a link? Do I need to have it load up the layout again just for a little bit of text?

Do I need to have the text inside of the iframe? I think it looks a lot better on the line. Is there a way to put it on the line?

As far as I know, you'll have to change the image.

Well If You Make It With Flash With A Little Dynamic Programming It Could Work.
