Hi! I just would like to ask some EXPERTS here about any
legal issues about copying "radio streaming" from a website and putting it on your own personal website??
It goes something like this:
Let's say I've put in my site "Listen live to the coolest radio stations that I listen to" and then visitors of my site would just click on a link and then they get to listen up to that radio station's streaming broadcast right from my site.
Would I be sued for that or is that just "ok"??
Thanks!

there's nothing wrong with linking to a stream, if that's what you're doing, but if you plan to actually copy files, then that would most likely be copyright infringement. or do you mean you just want to link to the file and not the whole website? if that's what you want to do, I would contact the radio station and ask.

and by the way, we're not lawyers, so you might have some trouble finding a legal expert on this site (unless someone is a lawyer by profession and just hasn't told anyone...anyone?) :)
