I have a very small hosting paid site. I want to know how to advertise for visitors? here I mean the what and the how?

post a page on your site that advertising is available, include where the ads will be located, what is allowed or not, and how long they will be displayed for.

Yeah, just put an “advertise with us” link and describe your ads specifications, pricing and placement. Also you can use an affiliate program for such proposes.
