I am trying to make some text bigger.
This is the code that I am using:
<font size="5">text on my page</font>
The text does go bigger with this code, but the text also goes bold too.
Is there a way to stop this from happening?
Some fonts just look bold when you make them larger. That code doesn't make them bold. There's nothing you can really do about it.

Well maybe are there any fonts that I could try that don't go bold when you make them bigger?

I really don't understand what you are trying to say. Yes, it is true that some texts do go bold when made bigger. But then you may have some text that you made bold on your page and forgot to end the bold code. Before you add the code to make your font size bigger, add this before it: </b>.
If that doesn't work, try another font if you don't like the way yours look. There are many fonts out there and even some you can download.
Perhaps, you can open up Word (or any writing program) and look at the fonts in there as a starter...

There is no point in me putting in </b> because I haven't forgoten to add an end code anywhere.
Yeah maybe I'll try looking in word.
Thanx for your help anyway :)
