OK. I am .currently trying to get hosted, and a blunch of people have been like: "you need to make your own layouts" but I have problem. I can't. Like I know html, but I can't make the background pictures and menus and stuff. SO does anyone know of a COPYRIGHT FREE layout site?

most hosts prefer their hostees to have original layouts not only because of copyright issues but as well as the fact that it should be more than just a bunch of things you borrowed from other people, your page should be you. Perhaps you should look into learning how to make layouts and menus and all instead.

I'm not good with layouts either. Just take a simple picture, edit it and put it up :) You'd be amazed how good such simple layouts look.
