On the second layout, the fonts are Violation (http://dafont.com/en/font.php?file=violation) and Kravitz Thermal (http://dafont.com/en/font.php?file=kravitz).

On the very last layout, you would use the freehand selection tool to carefully select the object you want outlined, then go Selections -> Modify -> Expand.
