no offence but the person that wrote that tutorial sucks at vectors :lol:

the one on chewedkandi.net (http://www.chewedkandi.net/) is for psp7, i think, but it is reallly good so you should still look at it.. go to the website, click on tutorials, and follow the "Making a detailed Vector in PSP from scratch!" tutorial :)
