I want to create graphics for my website. Here's the problem I am on a Mac, 9.5 and I have no idea how to use Appleworks. I'm sure it possible and I've gotten most of the way through. When I save the image in Jpeg format I get a big blank page around it, can someone please help me?

I've used Lissa under a screen name (and I forgot it) and have always got help, but I knew enough to come back.

can't you when opening a new document specify a height and width that fits ?!

i'm afraid appleworks is more like powerpoint ...
for creating good graphics i was going to suggest photoshop, but your version of mac is too old to handle the new trial :S
