I'm using PSP8...is there a way that I can switch from decimal to RGB Hex code?
Also...is there a way I can type in the color code and get the color I want without having to scroll my mouse around on the Materials palette?

in the materials palette have you already tried double clicking on the color to see if a window pops-up ?

what i mean is you can have two colors selected at the same time. A foreground and a background color. Try double clicking one of them ..
