Google failed me just yesterday... :P I was very offended.

Sometimes Google fails me but usually it's because I'm looking for something obscure or what I have in mind is different than what they give me...but no biggie. Google is good to me 99% of the time.

It failed me sometimes, when it was something rare or special knowledge, that I didn't really expect to find anyway.

It's failed me more than once. Usually on things like PHP searches or CSS, stuff that many sites have and it lists too many, the thing I want is right at the bottom.

Google has failed me once or twice, but not very often. If I'm looking for something obscure, I don't really expect a lot of results. Google Images fails me all the time, so I'm used to that. Google's still the best search engine out there, though!

Images fail me too, but on a regular search i pretty much always find what I want. Sorry to hear about your image search, Ayosu_Ling.

Yep, it was in the past month too, I was trying to find some good Java tuts besides what on the sun website. Also when I was looking for some information for my World Issues project.
Very rare when it does that though, and it usually isn't so important that a failed google search is a real failure.

I figure if you have enough time and use the right keywords google will almost never fail you. Any time google failed me, I just gave up too soon to find what I was looking for. I guess that means i failed google :P

Once or twice, but it really depends on your keywords... if I have a specific question I need answer and I already know Google can't determine it for me, I'll just head to Ask.com, no problem.

yeah, i haven't really had a problem with google. The only time I've had trouble with it is when it's too narrow or too broad

mostly people are looking to difficult with their keywords .. keep it simple, just type in what comes to mind first :)

(i'm always wondering why people can't think of the keywords "layout tutorial psp8" when they are looking for that ?! (or something along those lines haha) lol !)
