Then I heard of GIMP (www.gimp.org, http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html) and started getting images with quality as good as photoshop, sometimes better then! Its free too. happy hunting! unbeknownst 07-29-2005, 05:58 PM You can get a free 30 day trial for Paint Shop Pro 9 on http://www.jasc.com and I like to use the blind effect and using a border around the words... yellowcard4444 07-30-2005, 12:47 AM well i cant make great images cause i dont have a good paint prgram, but i use microsoft paint and photoimpression (a yucky photoediting software that came with my old camera) and some creativity and i can make some decent ones. just try and use different techniques, something you think would be ugly might turn out really cool! |
