I want to make a club website like this. (http://mail.sailormoon.com/scripts/common/index.main?signin=1&lang=us) (Not exactly like that website though, a club website is what I want to make)but I don't know how to make the sign up and login features or anything like that. I know basic html though.

If anyone could help me, I would be grateful!
