will animate something for me?

Like, say i have a stick figure. Is there something that will allow me to just click and drag its legs if i want to make it look like it's walking? Something easy.

Edit: I've been doing this on photoshop, frame by frame, and i really think i saw something easier somewhere.

I use Pivot Stickfigure Animator (http://www.snapfiles.com/get/stickfigure.html). It's really fun to play around with.

I use adobe imageready...it's nice, i'm really satisfied but i'm already used to it so beginners might think it's too complicated to work with.

I use jasc animation shop.. I don't know if it's what ur looking for though. its not a drag kinda thing. You actually have to make each animation scene on paint or whatever you use.
