Rude customer service, people who drive below the speed limit, and anyone who is inconsiderate to others for no reason.

What are your pet-peeves?

People who seem to have an inability to use basic punctuation, people who drive 'round corners while talking on a cell phone, hypocrites, spam...I could go on, but at risk of offending people, I shall refrain.

i hate the sound of people cracking their nuckles.. ugh i don't know why, but it bugs me a lot. and i have problems with people eating. some people are SO GROSS when they eat! i hate it when people eat really fast.. it's not like the food is going anywhere.. and when they bring their face really close to their plate. and when they talk with their mouth full. ew and i hate it when people lick their fingers. haha i always have to look down when eating with other people otherwise i'll start commenting and telling them to slow down and stuff..

oh i also don't like it when people chew their gum obnoxiously. like when you can hear it.. or see it because they open their mouth so big. bleh

then there are a lot more but those are the main things that bug me :P

wow, you are just like me!! I also hate that I actually have pet peeves because life would be so much easier if nothing bugged me

I hate when my husband fusses at me for not putting something away, and then will turn around and do the same thing...

I hate when the DVDs aren't in ABC order...

I hate when people tailgate and flash their highbeams at you when you are already going over the speed limit...

I hate being uneven... i.e. if i accidently brush my arm against something, i will do it again on the other side...

I hate having food stuck in my teeth, I am constantly licking my teeth even when I know I haven't even eaten anything!!

Those are a few things I can think of off the top of my head... Speaking of head, I *hate* it when my hair is in my face... I always wear it up in a knot because of this and carry extra bobby pins around in my pockets for the hairs that fall in my face regardless...

Especially on the highway... it's like, dude, just go around me.

Most of all I hate people who act defenseless or "play the victim". Just because you're too young or too old or too fat or too skinny, doesn't mean you can't do something. Unless there's an actual reason like breaking an arm or something. :buckt:

I have the same problem! Like if I spray some kind of cologne on my neck, it has to hit the exact middle or I have to spray it on the other side too. Even if it's really strong. :dead: Heh, I was at the bookstore yesterday and when I put all my books back I had to make them all lined up in the front. I felt so idiotic because there was a guy standing right next to me. :blush:

I hate how WalMart organises their DVDs... 'alphabetically by genre then by title' :confusion Why not just do it alphabetically and save having two different systems :P Of course I'm only complaining because it took me like 15 minutes to find Napoleon Dynamite the other day... and ended up with $50 of DVDs

I also don't really like when people will whine and complain about people who whine and complain :P

My boyfriend is OCD (a minor case) - he's a checker. He has to make sure doors are locked and stuff. There are three different kinds of OCD: checking, being clean, and keeping things in order (or equal). Some have all 3, like Monk.

Both my mom and my dad have OCD pretty bad, so it runs in my family. :sad: I read over all my posts about three times before posting them. My mom has also gotten me into the habit of being very "germ conscious". That must be why we thought Aviator was such a good movie. :lol:

I hate how some people are so black-consious. I wore black nailpolish for about two weeks in april, and I'm still hearing about it. "No goths beyond this point... Look Ellen! He has black nailpolish and eyeliner!... *random date*, the last time Ellen wore color." :buckt:

I hate emo people (if there was an award for whining, they'd win it).

I hate it when people waste good paper. Um, yeah, the recycle bin is just right there.

I hate it when people are stubborn and ignorant (i.e. "The Iraqis attacked us on 9/11!") on a certain issue; this happens mostly in political debates.

I hate anime fans who think they know everything about Japan and the Japanese culture just because they're interested in anime. Sorry, Japan does not revolve around anime.

I hate it when people don't use the arrow signals when they are turning so you have to wait for them to see where they are going or else you might get run over.

When I accidentally bite somewhere in my mouth and then I keep biting it so eventually the part gets infected. I have an infected spot in my mouth right now and it hurts to eat. :crying:

When my mom suddenly comes in with a mop or a vacuum and starts to clean my room and scaring the bird to death.

I absolutely hate it when people apparently can't tell the difference between "you're" and "your". It's not rocket science.

I hate whoever came up with the term emo. It's the most retarded thing ever invented. An excuse to feel sorry for yourself and to be a guy who actually has feelings. I should start calling them elmos... Muah haha! :lolol:

Oh, and I also hate people who talk down to children like they're stupid. That just drives me crazy. Heh, "Meet the Fockers" issue going on here.

Oh that's a good one - it makes me SO MAD when I do that. It's like, you just bit yourself in the lip AGAIN, and you have no one to be mad at but yourself, and that makes me even more mad.

My mom used to come vacuuming in my room on Saturday mornings just to wake me up. Or start banging pots and pans in the kitchen (which is right below my room).

A pile of dirty dishes with food stuck on them in the sink, I don't mind 'cleared' dirty dishes but when there's food on it.....

Ungrateful people.

Shop assistants who don't even say hello or thanks or anything.

People who say 'could care less' instead of 'couldnt care less'

I think it's because I can't force my brain to work because it's summer vacation. and I don't have to think. I'm not in school anymore. lol.

I also hate people who go on and on in non-continuous sentences with no periods. It may seem little, but it does keep us breathing while reading somethnig... LOL

another one of my pet peeves is when someone totally disses something and then goes and starts liking it just so they can make friends... liking something that someone else likes is one thing, dissing something then pretending to like it another

- I hate it when people judge people before they get to know them
- I hate it when people talk behind another person's back...especially when they do it stupidly and it is obvious the person will hear or find out
- It bugs me when people constantly ask me questions on how to do things when a teacher is right next to them...
- I hate it when i see people spit on the ground
- It bugs me so much when people blow their noses really loud...if your going to have to do that in school, please step outside for a second

I always do that...even with school if i wear my bag on my left shoulder for like 5 minutes then i have to alternate with it on my right

I hate stupid drivers altogether. No turn signal, going ten miles below the speed limit, tailgating, etc. ARG!

The thing I really don't like is when people LOVE to tell you their problems all the time to where that's the only thing you every hear from them: Drama, drama drama. But if you, heaven forbid, have a problem, they don't want to listen or turn the whole situation and use it to their viewpoint so that it's not your problem anymore.

Okay, take a chill pill, I know. <---Talking to myself again. But that's my major one, and it seems to happen to me all the time.

I don't really have any pet peeves except for people with road rage...

I've been driving for 7 years now... and when I see people shaking their fist or yelling at someone, it's soooo not cool.

I remember learning to drive... being scared of getting a speeding ticket so driving slower than the speed limit... being concerned too much about not hitting a pedestrian and forgetting simple things like turning on the turn signal.

It's better here now 'cause we have a graduated licensing program... you have an "L" on the back of your car if you are a brand new driver and an "N" next and then you are letter free.

I guess people need to realize that the other drivers are not doing stuff to try to annoy them... they may just be learning to drive.

I'm generally really flexible when it comes to spelling and grammar mistakes but misuse of synonyms is really frustrating lately... it's instead of its, their instead of there, and so on... especially you're and your.

as for going under the speed limit- I learned the other day that at some point in the past (it either isn't now or nobody follows it), it was my county's official policy that all county vehicles were to drive 5 MPH under the posted limit. it saved them gas and it prevented people from speeding (since the employees used the county's vehicles, some had a tendency to develop the "it's not my car" mentality and do whatever they wanted with them)

I hate drivers that are impatient- to go to or from work, I use a fairly major road with a speed limit of 40 MPH along most of it (30 MPH through my town). just to keep up with traffic and avoid feeling like I'm holding anyone back, I usually have to go at least 45 (most people go faster than that)- and sometimes I still have people on my tail. it gets worse when I actually slow down to 30 when entering the village.
