I need help putting a scroll bar in the right and left sections of the layout...... ( i used the last layout on the CSS layouts from this site) I can't figure it out because i really don't want my page to be extremely long because i have alot of pages on it and i need my navigation bar to scroll and it just won't!!! please help.......

You would add overflow:auto; to left and right css section.

also be sure the width and height are specified too, otherwise the scrollbar will not know when to appear or not.
