Okay, I need help again. I want to build an awesome site. One problem, I have no money to build one with, so I need a free one that allows me some room for being creative. Does anyone know of a cool page to do a site that isnt geocities or yahoo groups, b/c I already have those and they don't allow me to be as creative as I'd like. Please help!

I'm not really looking for a forum. I'm kind of looking for something like a fan site I could possibily build. I need a little help with the building part, though. I can design using photoshop, but I have no idea how to imbed things on a website or how to design backgrounds.
