I got my dad a CD and a couple of plants :D

My dad would have been on vacation, if he hadn't had an accident on a motorway last monday in which his car and his caravan (camper?) died.
So he bought himself a new car last Friday, and now he's going on vacation tomorrow, so I had to get him something after all.
So I gave him a bunch of MP3 CD's to take with him on vacation tomorrow, to play on his brand new car-MP3 player on his way to France.
I got off cheap this year ;)

I have no idea what to get for my husband for father's day... =/

a visit is usually more than enough of a gift.
a card, a hug, a "hey dad, you're a cool dude".
doesnt (shouldnt) take much to make a dad feel special from the kids.

why is that mean? i asked my dad 10 times what he wanted, and everytime i got the same answer: nothing
so that's what i got him: nothing :)
good thing though, now i can save more money for the holiday haha

My dad was so happy that I visited :D I ended up getting him a bright blue Lacoste shirt (his closet is boring, I wanted to spice it up hehe) and I got him a grill cover for his new grill :)
