I've imported a lot of my new brushes and tubes in PSP8 and now, when I use my brushes, it's almost as if it has the settings of my tubes ~ the brushes will rotate randomly and the size variance will go up and down. Could really use a solution. Thanks.

That has happened to me before. What I suggest you do is go to View >> Palettes >> Brush Varience, or hit F11. Then I suggest you go down that menu item, and make sure that all of the jitters are zero, and the settings are normal (unless you want it that way).
