I'm having problems with a background image on my smaller, left frame. the pictures too big, so you can't see it properly and I don' t know how to make it smaller and still have it as a background image.

can anyone help?

I'm guessing what your problem is. Just try making the area surrounding your picture bigger. The picture has been blown up in order to fill up that area, so including more area should make your picture be stretched less, and better quality.
