i have a blog i would like to use on angelfire.com -- i uploaded all the graphic pieces and what not, but ive never used layouts or blogs before so i have no idea what im doing. can someone please help me? *cries* thanks.

Have you coded your layout or do you just not know where to start?

I have a blog that is remotely hosted and I've also got an angelfire site.
Basically all you need to do is edit your blog however you like and then find the URL that goes directly to your blog. From your angelfire page you'll make a link to that URL.
If you are hoping to upload the images to angelfire and then use them on your blog, you can't. Angelfire doesn't allow remote image linking.
You'll have to find somewhere like graffiti.net that doesn't have such a block.

Oh, are you using the premade layouts on angelfire?
The URL I was referring to was the direct URL that goes to your blog.
What kind of blog are you using?
