On my site, I want people to be able to download desktop themes I make. I have them all made, but my Geocities account won't allow me to upload them. Everytime I try (and I've tried A LOT) one of those "this page cannot be displayed" pages come up. I think it's because the file is too big for Geocities to upload.

If this is the case, is there a FREE place where I can upload my desktop themes? And if this is not the case, then why does that "this page cannot be displayed" page always come up?

I think those are way to big to upload. A free Geocities account i think is about 3 gigs of bandwidth and 15 megbites of space

ive noticed that if the images are in .bmp...they are usually much much larger. If you convert them into .gif, the file size decreases dramatically. If they are already in the smallest format, then i use boomspeed.com to up-load images. But, i read that boomspeed isnt taking any more new members. Try freewebs, or maybe even use an online picture gallery, if you want. :)
