is it possible to make a holw web site with flash?

it is, but I don't think it's ideal.
Instead of making html pages you can make swf pages.

By creating a whole website out of flash, you are limiting the number of people who will be able to view it. Not everyone has flash, or at least the most up-to-date version of flash, and may not be able to view it properly.

It will also be a lot harder to create and will take a lot longer, and I really do not think it is worth it.

but i put flash (swf files) files on my web pages , and all my friends , ( they all dont have flash exept for one ) can see the swf files perfectly

I'm like that too, if ppl don't have Flash, they won't be able to view my website - so what. They won't be able to view about 60% of the websites properly...
But having said that, I don't see any big advantage to creating the entire website in Flash...

They won't be able to see them unless they have flash. They might not have Macromedia Flash MX (2004), but they will have Flash player.
